Refund Policy

⚠️ Important Notice
All sales of Mantosi products and services are final. We do not offer refunds or credits for any purchases, including but not limited to software licenses, digital downloads, subscription services, or one-time payments.
1. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, Mantosi maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a product has been purchased or downloaded, or a service has been rendered, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
2. Digital Products & Downloads
All digital products, including but not limited to software, templates, code snippets, documentation, and digital assets, are considered “used” after download and therefore non-refundable.
3. Service Engagements
For custom development, consulting, or other professional services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. In cases where projects are terminated early, clients will be billed for work completed up to the termination date.
4. Subscription Services
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period.
5. Exceptions
In rare circumstances, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of Mantosi management only in cases where:
- The product or service is fundamentally unable to perform its core functions as described
- Technical issues prevent access that cannot be resolved through standard support channels
- Duplicate payment was processed in error
Any request for exception must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase.

Mantosi guarantees 99.9% uptime for all hosted services. If we fall below this guarantee, clients may be eligible for service credits as outlined in our full SLA.
2. Support Response Times
We commit to the following response times for support requests:
- Critical issues: 1 hour
- High priority issues: 4 hours
- Normal priority issues: 24 hours
- Low priority issues: 48 hours
Intellectual Property Policy

All intellectual property rights in our services, including the Mantosi name and logo, are and will remain the exclusive property of Mantosi and its licensors.
2. Client Content
Clients retain ownership of any content they provide to our services. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, host, and display that content for the purpose of providing our services to you.
3. Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us with the necessary information.
